- You can choose from 14 gradient colour options and upload your own logo. The card is designed to look clean and on-brand inside both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The layout is optimised for wallet display, so it will always look professional even on smaller screens. You cannot change the card layout structure, but the colour and logo options give each card a distinct, branded feel.
- Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Growth allows up to 3 active loyalty cards, so you could run a coffee stamp card and a food stamp card separately, or different programmes for different locations. Pro gives you unlimited cards. See our pricing page for a full plan comparison.
- The dashboard shows you the metrics that matter: active customers, stamps issued, rewards redeemed, and campaign performance. It is designed to be glanceable on a phone, with plain-language labels and no jargon. You do not need to spend time configuring reports — the key numbers are on the home screen as soon as you log in.
- Push Agent uses the customer data Spark Loyalty collects from your loyalty programme to build audience segments. When you write a message, Push Agent identifies the most relevant segment based on your intent. The available segments are: Top Customers (your most frequent visitors), Nearby (customers near your location), New This Week (recent first-timers), At Risk (customers who have not visited in a while), and Frequent Visitors (regulars who visit often). You can review the audience before sending.
- Wallet push notifications are messages that appear directly on a customer's phone lock screen, sent through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Because they come from the customer's wallet app rather than an email address, they are not filtered into spam folders and they appear more prominently. Open rates for wallet push notifications are typically around three times higher than email. Customers receive them when they earn a stamp, unlock a reward, or when you send a campaign.
