- Correct. You can start your free 30-day trial today without entering any payment details. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan and add your billing information then. If you decide Spark Loyalty is not for you, just walk away — no charges, no cancellation fees.
- On the Starter plan you can have up to 500 active customers. If you reach that limit, new customers will not be able to add your loyalty card until you upgrade to Growth or Pro. We will notify you before you hit the cap so you have time to decide. Upgrading takes seconds from the dashboard.
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within your dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
- Push Agent is Spark Loyalty's AI-powered messaging tool. You type what you want to say in plain English — for example, "quiet Tuesday, get people in" — and Push Agent writes a wallet notification and sends it to the right customer segment automatically. It is available on the Growth and Pro plans. Segments include Top Customers, Nearby, New This Week, At Risk, and Frequent Visitors.
- Yes. All plans are 20% cheaper when paid annually in advance. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you select the annual billing option.
